| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经直肠彩色多普勒超声在妇科疾病中的应用价值。方法：将经直肠和经腹检查的53例患者检查结果与临床诊断结果进行对比。结果：经腹部超声诊断符合率为60．38％，经直肠超声诊断符合率为92．45％。结论：经直肠超声诊断符合率高于经腹超声，在不适合做经阴道超声的情况下，经直肠超声值得推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the value of transrectal ultrasound in diagnosis of gynecologic diseases. Methods： Fifty-three cases were detected for gynecologic diseases by transabdominal ultrasound and transrectal ultrasound;the results were compared with those by clinical examinations. Results： The coincidence rate of the transabdominal ultrasound was 60.38%, and the coincidence rate of the transrectal ultrasound was 92. 45%. Conclusions： The coincidence rate of the transrectal ultrasound is higher than that of the transabdominal ultrasound. Therefore, for cases not suitable for transvaginal ultrasound, transrectal ultrasound is recommended. |
