降浊祛瘀汤对颈动脉粥样硬化患者血液流变学及sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、hs-CRP的影响

目的：探讨降浊祛瘀汤对颈动脉硬化患者血液流变学及细胞黏附分子的影响。方法：将60例颈动脉硬化患者随机均分为观察组和对照组，对照组仅给予辛伐他汀口服，观察组给予降浊袪瘀汤联合辛伐他汀口服，疗程8周。观察2组治疗前后血液流变学、可溶性细胞间黏附分子（sICAM-1）、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子（sVCAM-1）及超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）的变化。结果：观察组在治疗后血液流变学指标、sICAM-1、sVCAM-1及hs-CRP均较治疗前和对照组明显下降（P〈0.01）。结论：降浊祛瘀汤可改善颈动脉硬化患者血液流变学，降低sICAM-1、sVCAM-1、hs-CRP的表达，从而改善颈动脉硬化的临床症状。

Effect of Jiangzhuoquyu decotion on the hemorheology and sICAM-1, sVCAM-1 and hs-CRP levels in patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis

Objective：To investigate the effect of Jiangzhuoquyu decotion on the hemorheology and cell adhesion molecules levels in patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis. Methods：Sixty patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis were randomly divided into control group and therapy group. Patients in the control group were administered with simvastatin only,while patients in the therapy group were administered with Jiangzhuoquyu decotion and simvastatin,the total course of the treatment was 8 weeks. The hemorheology and plasma levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1（sICAM-1）,soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1（sVCAM-1） and hypersensitive C reactive protein（ hs-CRP） in two groups were measured. Results：Compared with the control group and before treatment in the therapy group,the hemorheology indexes and plasma levels of sICAM-1,sVCAM-1 and hs-CRP in therapy group were decreased significantly after treatment（P〈0. 01）. Conclusions：Jiangzhuoquyu decotion can improve the hemorheology,and decrease the levels of sICAM-1, sVCAM-1 and hs-CRP in patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis.
