磁共振扩散加权成像在早期脑梗死中的临床应用评价

摘    要:目的:比较磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)和SE序列T1WI、T2WI在早期脑梗死中的临床应用价值。方法:收集71例早期脑梗死病例,其中超急性期(<6h)21例,急性期(6h~72h)50例,均进行DWI及SE序列T1WI、T2WI检查。结果:21例超急性期脑梗死和50例急性期脑梗死DWI均发现异常,21例超急性期脑梗死SE序列T1WI、T2WI均未发现异常,而50例急性期脑梗死SE序列全部显示异常。DWI诊断早期脑梗死的阳性率为100%(71/71),SE序列为70.4%(50/71)。结论:DWI对早期脑梗死尤其是超急性期脑梗死的诊断优于SE序列T1WI和T2WI。

Abstract:Objective: To compare the clinical value of diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) and SE sequence T 1WI, T 2WI in diagnosing early cerebral infarction. Methods: 71 cases of early cerebral infarction which included 21 cases of superacute stage (<6h) and 50 cases of acute stage (6h-72h) were evaluated with DWI and SE sequence T 1WI, T 2WI. Results: 21 cases of superacute cerebral infarction and 50 cases of acute cerebral infarction all were detected on DWI, so the positive diagnostic rate is 100% (71/71). None of the superacute cerebral infarction (21 cases) could be detected on SE sequence, while all 50 cases of acute cerebral infarction were found with SE sequence, and the positive diagnostic rate of SE sequence is 70.4% (50/71) for detecting this group patients. Conclusion: DWI is superior to SE sequence T 1WI, T 2WI in diagnosing early cerebral infarction, especially for superacute infarction.
