大鼠外侧隔核的传入联系

用HRP、WGA-HRP法逆行追踪了大鼠外侧隔核(sL)不同部位的传入纤维联系。观察到外侧隔核接受底部端脑、边缘系统及中央灰质等广泛部位的传入。其中,下丘脑外侧校,乳头体上核、海马及被盖腹侧区是外侧隔核传入纤维来源的主要部位。此外,还观察到外侧隔核前,后部的传入存在较大差异,向外侧隔核后部的投射多于前部。也观察到向外侧隔核的某些投射具有一定的局部定位关系。

THE AFFERENT CONNECTIONS OF THE LATERAL SEPTAL NUCLBUS(SL) IN THE RAT

The afferent connections of the sl in the rat were studied with HRP and WGA-HRP methods. It is found that the sl received afferent projections widely from the basal telecephalon, limb system and central gray matter etc, and that the sl received afferent projections mainly from lateral hypothalamic nucleus, supramamillary nucleus, hippocampus and ventral tegmental area etc and that the afferent connections of the anterior part of the sl are different from that of the posterior part of the sl.
