| 摘 要： | 目的研究安全易行的小儿气管切开方法。方法对34例有气管切开指征的患儿，分组行常规气管切开术、麻醉插管或小儿支气管镜引导的气管切开术。结果插管引导的小儿气管切开术组，术者易判断气管，手术时间短；插管后经吸痰、给氧，改善了缺氧状况，利于术者从容操作且降低了并发症。结论插管引导的小儿气管切开术较常规气管切开术安全易行，减少了手术并发症。

Tracheotomy in childrendirected by endotracheal intubation |

| Abstract: | Objective: To research a safe and efficiency method of tracheotomy for children. Method: 18 cases were carried out traditional tracheotomy, 16 cases were performed tracheotomy directed by endotracheal intubation or bronchoscope. Results: The trachea was easily found under this method and anoxia was improved after sputum and oxygen feeding through the tracheal catheter or bronchoscope. Conclusion:Tracheotomy in children directed by intubation is easily performed and the complications is reduced. |
