艾附暖宫颗粒挥发油提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的对艾附暖宫颗粒中挥发油的提取工艺进行优选.方法采用正交实验法,以提油率为指标,对药材粒度、提取时间、溶剂量三种因素进行了系统研究.结果将药材粉碎成颗粒(2mm<粒径<5mm),用8倍量水提取5h,可以获得较高的提取效率.结论药材粒度和加水量对挥发油的提取有显著影响.

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil in Aifu nuangong Granules.Methods:The particle size of medicinal materials,extraction time,and the solvent dosages were sysmatically stuied by the rate of extract volatile oil as marker.Results:The more effective way to extract volatile oil was effluent extraction with the particle size of medicinal materials as ten to twenty mesh,and with eight times amount of water under reflux for six hours.Conclusion:The particle size of medicinal materials and the solvent dosages showed greater effects than others on the extraction efficiency of volatile oil.
