摘    要:观察核心因子Runx2/cbfa1在人牙胚发育过程中的表达,探讨cbfa1在牙齿发育过程中的作用。方法:制备人牙胚发育各期标本,免疫荧光法观察cbfa1在人牙胚发育过程中的表达情况。结果:在牙胚发育的不同时期均可见不同的时空表达模式。蕾状期表达比较广泛;帽状期内外釉上皮细胞和牙囊中呈强阳性表达,中间层也为强阳性,牙乳头为弱阳性;钟状早期,前成牙本质细胞处有强阳性表达;钟状中后期,成釉细胞为强阳性,成牙本质细胞为阴性,而牙囊部位仍为强阳性。结论:Runx2/cbfa1转录因子在人牙胚整个发育过程中的表达状况,提示该因子可能在牙胚各期的发育起一定作用,参与了各种成牙相关细胞的分化和硬组织的形成。

Abstract:Objective:To study the role of Runx2/cbfa1 in human tooth development.Method:The specimen of the human's tooth germ in different stages were made to observe the expressions of cbfa1 during tooth germ development by immunofluorescence method.Result:Cbfa1 had its own specific temporal-spatial pattern during tooth germ development.In bud stage,the factor expressed widely;in cap stage,the inner and outer enamel epithelium showed strong positive expressions,as well as the medium layer.While the dental papilla showed weak expression;in the early bell stage,preodontoblast expressed positively;in the medium and late bell stage,adamantoblast was positive while odontoblast was negetive.Conclusion:The expressions of Runx2/cbfa1 during tooth germ development indicates that this factor possibly plays a role in every stage of tooth germ development,participating the differentiation of kinds of cells and the hard tissue formation.
