| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人工髋关节置换术早期并发症的防治方法。方法分析21例人工髋关节置换术患者发生早期并发症的原因并提出防治措施。结果21例中假体柄周围骨折7例,术后早期脱位5例,下肢深静脉栓塞8例,下肢不等长1例。经治疗后效果满意。结论术中正确的手术操作、术后早期进行功能康复能有效地防止或减少早期并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of the early complications after artificial hip replace-ment.Methods The reasons of early complications were analyzed.The prevention and treatment were done for earlycomplications in 21 cases.Results 21 cases with early complications were found,of which 7 cases were peripros-thetic fracture of the femur,5 dislocation,8 thrombosis of deep vein in lower limb and 1 lower limb length discrepan-cy.The results were satisfactory in all cases.Conclusions The correct manipulation and early exercise are helpfulto minimize and prevent early complications after operation. |
