| 摘 要： | 如何从任职教育的特点和规律出发搞好科研工作，是军医大学面临的主要矛盾之一。任职教育与科研工作的关系为：任职教育需要以高水平的学科专业作支撑，高水平的科研作为后盾；任职教育对军医大学的科研工作提出了新的要求；任职教育对军医大学科研工作的转型具有促进作用。军医大学应转变观念，大力发展任职教育，努力促进科研的转型，最终实现两者的互相促进。

| Abstract: | How to deal well with scientific research based on the characteristics and the law of professional education is considered as one of the major conflicts for military universities.The relationship between professional education and scientific research is like this: the former is supported by high-level professional knowledge and scientific research and provides new request for the latter in military universities and promotes the transformation of the latter in military universities. |
