| 摘 要： | 目的通过检测外周血IL-2水平和NK细胞活性,探讨原发性肝癌(PHC)和肝硬化(LC)患者的细胞免疫功能变化。方法采用MTT比色法检测41例PHC和57例LC患者外周血白细胞介素2(IL-2)的水平,采用流式细胞术(FCM)检测NK细胞活性。结果PHC患者外周血IL-2水平和NK细胞活性均明显降低(P<0.001),且较LC患者也明显降低(P<0.05);LC患者外周血IL-2水平和NK细胞活性明显降低(P<0.01)。结论PHC和LC患者外周血IL-2水平和NK细胞活性明显降低,检测上述两项指标对临床了解患者细胞免疫功能状态、预测病情变化和疗效具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the level of IL-2 and NK cell activity in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC) and liver cirrhosis(LC).Methods The level of IL-2 was measured in 41 cases with PHC and 57 cases with LC by MTT.NK cell activity was measured by flowcytometry(FCM).Results The level of IL-2 and NK cell activity in PHC patients were significantly lower than control group(P<0.001) and LC patients(P<0.05).The level of IL-2 and NK cell activity in LC patients were significantly lower than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The level of IL-2 and NK cell activity are decrease in patients with PHC and LC,which would has some helpful significance to estimate the immune status and be useful factors to predict the prognosis of PHC and LC patients. |
