摘    要:目的对某公司蓄电池扩建项目中存在的职业病危害因素及采取的防护措施效果进行分析和评价。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测和定量分级法进行评价。结果该项目产生的职业病危害因素为铅尘、硫酸、噪声,硫酸为0.13~0.37mg/m^3,铅尘为0.004~0.009mg/m^3,噪声为4.4~84.9dB(A),属于职业病危害严重项目。结论该建设项目职业卫生防护措施符合国家职业卫生标准,产生的职业病危害因素是可以得到预防和控制的。

Abstract:Objective To analyze and assess the occurrence of occupational risk hazard factors and preventive measures in this construction project and provide scientific evidence for the inspection by health administrative departments. Methods The methods of field investigation health monitoring and quantitative classification were carried out. Results The risk factors were lead dust, sulfuric acid and noise which the detection values were 0. 13 -0.37 mg/m^3, 0. 004 -0. 009 mg/m^3 ,4.4 - 84.9 dB(A) ,respectively. It was a serious project. Conclusion The occupational preventive measures accords with the requirements of national occupational health standards, the occupational hazards can be prevented and controlled.
