婴幼儿早发持续喘息性疾病护理

目的探讨婴幼儿早发持续喘息性疾病护理及预防。方法收集我院2011年7月~2013年6月收治的200例早发持续喘息性疾病婴幼儿临床资料,随机分为对照组和观察组各100例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组实施特异性护理,观察两组疗效。选取正常儿童100例,与患儿对比统计母乳喂养对婴幼儿早发持续喘息性疾病的影响。结果两组患者疗效显示,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,正常儿童中母乳喂养率高于患儿,差异具有统计学意义。结论对早发持续喘息的婴幼儿采用综合特异性护理,可提高患儿免疫功能,减低持续喘息发生。宣传提高母乳喂养,对预防本病有积极意义。

Nursing research on infants with early onset continuous asthmatic diseases

Objective To study the nursing care and prevention method of early onset continuous asthmatic disease in infants. Methods A total of 200 cases of infants with early onset continuous asthmatic diseases admitted to our hospital in July 2011 - June 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the patients in control group were treated with routine nursing care, while the observation group were treated with specific nursing care, the curative effect of the two groups were compared. Meanwhile, the impact of breast feeding on early onset continuous asthmatic diseases were compared and analyzed between normal infants and sick infants. Results The curative effect of observation group was obviously better than that of the control group, the breast feeding rate of normal infants was higher than that of sick infants, there were significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion Comprehensive specific nursing care can improve the immune function of children, and reduce the occurrence of continuous asthmatic diseases for infants with early onset continuous asthmatic diseases. Promotion of breast feeding has positive significance in asthmatic diseases.
