血清AFP、CA125、CA199联合检测在原发性肝癌中的诊断价值

目的探讨血清AFP、CA125、CA199联合检测在原发性肝癌中的诊断价值。方法入选病例主要为我院2011年1月~2013年1月收治病例,其中肝癌组28例,良性肝病组30例,另选择同期健康体检者32例作为对照组,比较各组患者的AFP、CA125、CA199水平,比较各组检测的阳性率及联合检测的阳性率。结果原发性肝癌组患者血清AFP、CA125、CA199水平均分别明显高于良性肝病组和对照组(P<0.01)。其中良性肝病组患者AFP、CA125、CA199水平分别明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。肝癌组的AFP、CA125、CA199阳性率及联合检测阳性率均分别明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。其中良性肝病组患者AFP、CA125、CA199阳性率及联合检测阳性率分别明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血清AFP、CA125、CA199联合检测弥补了单项指标检测的不足,明显提高了诊断的阳性率,减少了漏诊率,为肝癌的诊断和治疗提供了指导依据。

The value of serum AFP,CA125, CA199 combined detection in the diag- nosis of hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To investigate the value of AFP,CA125,CA199 in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer. Methods Selected 28 cases of HCC,30 cases of benign liver disease group,32 cases of healthy people as control group,the AFP, CA125, CA199 levels and the positive rate were compared. Results The levels of serum AFP, CA125, CA199 levels in HCC were significantly higher than those of benign liver disease group and the control group （P〈0.01）. The AFP,CA125 ,CA199 levels of benign liver disease patients were significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.01）. The AFP, CA125, CA199 positive rate of HCC group and combined detection were significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Which AFP, CA125, CA199 positive rate of benign liver disease patients and combined detection were significantly higher（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Serum AFP,CA125 ,CA199 joint detection up for the lack of detection of in- dividual indicators,significantly improve the diagnostic positive rate,reduce the rate of misdiagnosis,diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer provides a basis for guiding.
