| 摘 要： | 目的观察以适量阿托品联合突击剂量复能剂在重症有机磷农药中毒中的应用。方法回顾性分析近几年重症有机磷农药中毒急救处理的临床资料,在给予清除毒物的基础上,以常规剂量阿托品联合氯磷定解毒治疗为对照组,以适量阿托品联合突击剂量氯磷定解毒治疗为实验组。结果实验组的住院时间明显短于对照组;阿托品中毒(P<0.01)、严重并发症的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论适量阿托品联合突击剂量复能剂是提高救治急性重症有机磷农药中毒的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of the proper amount of atropine combined assault dosage energy prepa- ration in patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods The clinical data of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and first aid treatment were retrospectively analyzed in recent years, except to be cleaned up the poison, the control group gotten the remedy with routine dose of atropine and pralidoxime chloride, the experimental group with the proper amount of atropine combined with flushing dose pralidoxime chloride. Results Hos- pitalization time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （P〈0.01）, the occur- rence rate of atropine poisoning and serious complications were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The proper amount of atropine combined flushing dosage pralidoxime chloride is a more effective way in the treatment of severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. |
