| 摘 要： | 目的探讨丙戊酸钠对癫痫患者的疗效和安全性。方法将我院2010年3月~2012年12月收治的癫痫患者53例按不同治疗方法分为实验组(丙戊酸钠)和对照组(苯妥英钠),综合比较两组疗效。结果实验组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者体重下降、肢体麻木、晕眩、皮疹以及嗜睡等不良反应均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丙戊酸钠治疗癫痫效果显著,不良反应少,且有较高安全性,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the curative effect and security of valproate in the treatment of epilepsy. Methods A total of 53 patients with epilepsy admitted to our hospital from March 2010 to December 2012 were divided into experimental group （valproate） and the control group （dilantin） according to different methods, the curative effect of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0. 05）; the weight loss, numbness, dizziness, rash and sleepiness and other adverse reactions of experimental group were less than that of the control group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Valproate has obvious effect, less adverse reaction and higher security in the treatment of epilepsy, it＇s worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
