手术室护理人员强化管理加强后对降低医院内感染率的临床意义

目的探讨对手术室护理人员强化管理加强后对医院内感染发生情况的影响。方法回顾性分析2012年4月~2013年7月来我院手术室采用手术治疗的186例患者的临床资料并按照就诊的时间分为对照组及观察组各93例,两组患者的手术室护理分别采用常规的护理方法、护理干预方案,对两组患者医院感染发生情况及护理满意度进行比较。结果观察组与对照组发生医院感染率分别为8.6%和19.35%,观察组低于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);观察组与对照组临床护理满意度分别为63.44%和21.51%,观察组高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论多种因素均会引发医院内感染,应对手术室的操作流程严格执行,医务人员加强职业素养,以达到使手术室医院感染发生率降低的目的。

Clinical significance of operating room nurses strengthen management strengthened to reduce the hospital infection rates

Objective To study on strengthening management to strengthen the operating room nurses of the hospital af- ter the occurrence of infection. Methods We retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 186 patients in our hospital op- erating room surgical treatment from April 2012 to July 2013 and followed doctor＇s time they were divided into control group and observation group,with 93 cases in each,the operating room nursing of the two groups were used conventional methods of care, nursing intervention program, respectively. The incidence of nosocomial infection and nursing satisfac- tion in two groups were compared. Results Nosocomial infection rate of observation group and control group were 8.6%, 19.35%, the observation group was lower than the control group,there were significant differences between two groups （P〈0.05）;The clinical nursing satisfaction of observation group and control group were 63.44% ,21.51% ,the observation group was higher than the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Variety of factors could lead to hospital -acquired infections, respond to the operating room operating pro- cedures strictly enforced,the medical staff to enhance professionalism,in order to achieve the reduced incidence of nosocomial infection in the operating room purposes.
