护理干预对糖尿病视网膜病变患者疾病不确定感及治疗依从性的影响

目的探讨护理干预对糖尿病视网膜病变患者疾病不确定感及治疗依从性的影响。方法选取132例糖尿病视网膜病变患者,随机分为观察组(66例)与对照组(66例),观察组进行特定的护理干预,对照组进行常规护理,同时应用疾病不确定感量表和治疗依从性调查表评定两组的干预效果。结果观察组患者完全依从率明显高于对照组(84.85%vs 68.18%,P<0.05),干预后观察组疾病不确定感评分明显低于对照组[(88.86±5.39)vs(96.57±4.71,P<0.05)]。结论护理干预能提高糖尿病视网膜病变患者治疗的依从性,改善患者的疾病不确定感,临床中可积极应用。

Clinical observation on uncertainty of illness and treatment compliance in patients with diabetic retinopathy by nursing intervention

Objective To investigate the uncertainty of illness and treatment compliance in patients with diabetic retinopathy by nursing intervention. Methods All of 132 cases with diabetic retinopathy were divided into observation group and control group with 66 cases in each. The control group were applied by routine nursing methods, the observation group were applied by special nursing intervention. The uncertainty of illness and treatment compliance were analyzed by questionnaire. Results The total compliance rate were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group （84.85% vs 68.18% ）,P〈0.05. The uncertainty feel score were significantly lower the observation group than in the control group（88.86±5.39 vs 96.57±4.71 ）. Conclusion The specific nursing intervention can improve the uncertainty of ill and treatment compliance, worthy to be applied in patients with diabetic retinopathy.
