奎硫平与利培酮治疗老年精神分裂症的疗效与安全性对比

目的分析比较奎硫平与利培酮治疗老年精神分裂症的疗效与安全性。方法选取我院于2010年12月~2012年12月期间收治的88例老年精神分裂症患者的临床资料,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组44例;观察组患者给予奎硫平治疗,对照组则给予利培酮治疗。结果观察组的总有效率为93.18%,对照组的总有效率为91.91%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的总依从率为95.45%,明显高于对照组的77.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为25.00%,明显优于对照组的58.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年精神分裂症患者给予奎硫平与利培酮治疗的效果都比较显著,但奎硫平治疗的依从性高,且不良反应发生率较低,安全可靠。

Comparison on efficacy and safety of quetiapine and risperidone in the treatment of senile schizophrenia

Objective To analyze and compare the efficacy and safety of quetiapine and risperidone in the treatment of senile schizophrenia. Methods The clinical data of 88 elderly patients with schizophrenia admitted into our hospital during the period from December 2010 to December 2012 were selected, and the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 44 cases. The patients in the observation group were treated with quetiapine treatment, while the patients in the control group were given risperidone treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.18%, and that of the control group was 91.91%, and the difference was not significant between the both groups （P〉0.05）. The total compliance rate of the observation group was 95.45%, and that of the control group was 77.67%, and the difference was significant between the both groups （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group （25.00%） was significantly better than that in the control group （58.82%）, and the difference was significant between the both groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quetiapine and risperidone in the treat- ment of elderly patients with schizophrenia have more significant effect, but quetiapine has higher treatment compli- ance, lower incidence of adverse reactions, and is safe and reliable.
