| 摘 要： | 目的探讨主动护理干预对血液透析相关性低血压发生率的影响。方法选择2011年10月~2012年9月在我院血透室行血透的患者80例,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用常规透析护理;实验组在常规透析护理的基础上,采取主动护理干预。研究期6个月。结果对照组低血压发生率为28.87%,实验组低血压发生率为12.49%,两组的低血压发生率有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论主动护理干预可降低血透相关性低血压的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of active nursing intervention on incidence of hemodialysis-related hypotension in hemodialysis. Methods Eighty cases in hemodialysis room of hospital from October 2011 to 2012 in September were selected and randomly divided into control and experimental groups. The conventional nursing was used in the control group. In the experimental group, based on the conventional nursing, active nursing intervention was taken. Study period of 6 months was continued. Results There was 28.87% of incidence of hemodialysis-related hypotension in the control group, and but 12.49% in the experimental group. There was significantly different for incidence of hemodialysis-related hypotension between two groups. Conclusion Using active intervention, incidence of hemodialysis-related in hemodialysis could be reduced. |
