综合护理干预在门诊手术患者中的应用效果分析

目的探讨综合护理干预措施在门诊手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取浙江省丽水市人民医院急诊科2011年2月~2012年2月间112例门诊手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字法将其分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预措施,观察两组的疼痛程度、护理满意度、焦虑状况。结果通过对两组的应用效果比较分析,观察组患者疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为92.9%,对照组患者护理满意度为71.4%,两组的护理满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前观察组和对照组患者的焦虑SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组和对照组患者的焦虑SAS评分较护理前有明显的降低,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊手术患者在基础性护理上给予综合护理干预措施能够降低患者术后疼痛,提高临床护理满意度,改善焦虑状况。同时,整个护理针对性强,操作简单,值得临床中应用。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the outpatients undergoing surgical operations

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the patients underwent outpatient operation. Methods One hundred and twelve patients underwent outpatient operation in the emergency department of the people＇s hospital of Lishui in Zhejiang Province from February 2011 to February 2012 were selected as the research objects, which were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received the conventional nursing, while the observation group were implemented comprehensive nursing intervention measures on the basis of conventional care. The application effect of the two groups were observed. Results The analysis on application effect of the two groups showed that the pain degree of patients in the observation group was signifi- cantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group and the control group were 92.9%, 71.4% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; The difference was not statistically significant in the anxiety SAS score before nursing between two groups （P〉0.05）; The anxiety SAS score of the two groups after nursing was significantly lower than that before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant between before and after nursing and between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implementing comprehensive nursing intervention in the patients underwent outpatient operation has a better application effect, and can reduce the postoperative pain, improve the clinical nursing satisfaction, improve the anxiety. Meanwhile, the whole nursing has strong pertinence, simple operation, and is worthy of clinical application.
