尤瑞克林联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

目的探讨尤瑞克林联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果,为进一步提高急性脑梗死治疗方法的选择提供参考依据。方法选择2010年1月～2013年1月在本院住院的急性脑梗死患者66例为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为对照组33例、治疗组33例,两组根据病情予降压,降糖,维持水、电解质平衡,预防并发症等处理。对照组予依达拉奉注射液30 mg加入0.9%生理盐水250 mL静滴,每日1次,连用14 d;治疗组同时联合尤瑞克林0.15 PNA单位加入0.9%生理盐水100 mL静滴,每日1次,连用14 d。比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组无效1例,恶化1例,其总有效率达93.9%,对照组无效6例,恶化2例,其总有效率达75.8%,两组疗效比较,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组及对照组治疗后ADL评分均较治疗前明显提高,且治疗组较对照组提高更显著;治疗14 d后,治疗组和对照组NIHSS评分均较治疗前明显降低,且治疗组NIHSS评分较对照组降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论尤瑞克林联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死疗效好,无明显不良反应,能明显改善患者的临床症状、提高日常生活能力,值得基层医院广泛推广和应用。

Uribe brooklyn and edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction fruit

Objective To investigate the effet of uribe brooklyn and edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction fruit. Methods From January 2010 to January 2013, 66 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into the control group and treatment group of 33 patients, two groups were given lower blood pressure, hypoglycemic, maintain water and electrolyte balance, prevented complications and other treatment. Control group was given edaravone injec- tion 30 mg in 250 mL of 0.9% saline infusion, once day, total 14d; treatment group combined with uribe brooklyn 0.15 PNA units in 0.9% saline 100 ml static drops , once day, total 14 d. The efficacy of two groups of patients were com- pared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.9% ,the total effective rate of the control group was 75.8%, the effect was compared between two groups, the treatment group were significantly better than control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment 3 months, ADL scores of the two groups patients significantly improved in the treat- ment group compared with the control group; After 14 days of treatment, NIHSS score of the treatment group was signif- icantly lower than the control group, and the NIHSS of the treatment group compared with the control group decreased more significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Uribe brooklyn and edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction have no significant adverse reactions, can significantly improve the patient＇s symptoms and improve daily living, it is the pri- mary hospital and applied widely.
