妊娠晚期重症感染患者分娩方式初探及护理配合

目的探讨妊娠晚期重症感染患者的分娩方式,提出护理方法。方法选取妊娠晚期重症感染患者90例,随机分为A、B两组,选取健康孕妇45例作为对照组。对A、B两组孕妇给予相同的治疗,B组同时给予健康教育和心理护理。结果与对照组和B组相比,A组妊娠孕周缩短,剖宫产率提高,新生儿体重和新生儿存活率均降低;A、B两组分娩前SAS、SDS得分均较入院时降低,且B组更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠晚期重症感染会增加剖宫产分娩率,影响妊娠结局,健康教育和心理护理可以改善上述情况。

Observation on delivery mode and nursing coordination of late-pregnant patients with severe infection

Objective To observe the delivery modes of late-pregnant patients with severe infection, and propose the nursing methods. Methods A total of 90 late-pregnant patients with severe infection were selected and divided into two groups randomly, the group A and the group B. 45 healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group. Two groups received the same treatment, and the group B received healthy education and psychological nursing. Resuits Compared with the control group and the group B, the pregnancy gestational age of the group A reduced, and the cesarean section rate of the group A increased, and the control group was more evident. The above difference was significant（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The late-pregnant severe infection not only can increase cesarean delivery rate, but also affects the pregnancy outcomes. Healthy education and psychological nursing can improve the above situations.
