1995—2000年门诊医疗收入构成及管理要素变动的分析

分析了武汉市儿童医院1995-2000年门诊医疗收入构成及其变化趋势，结果显示医院的门诊总收入呈逐年上升的趋势；1995-1997年门诊收入的增加主要是因为药品费及检查费的增高，1997-2000年门诊收入的增加订是因为门诊人次的增加，两阶段门诊工作量及门诊医疗收入的构成对门诊总收入影响是不同的。分析提示在现今医疗服务市场激烈竞争的情况下，医院必须不断提高门诊医疗、护理工作质量，满足病人的需求，走质量效益型的内涵发展道路。
