养血清脑颗粒治疗缺血性脑血管病机制的探讨

摘    要:目的探讨养血清脑颗粒治疗缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)患者的作用机制。方法观察118例该病患者养血清颗粒治疗前后甲襞微循环(NFM)及红细胞变形能力(RCD)的改变,与100例正常人对照,用u检验处理。结果治疗有效率达91.53%。治疗前患者的NFM积分5.37±0.48,IF值0.263±0.03,明显高于对照组的1.96±0.21及0.190±0.02(均P〈0.01);治疗后NFM积分2.01±0.18,IF值0.192±0.02明显低于治疗前(均P〈0.01)。结论患者有明显外周微循环障碍,RCD显著低下,治疗后2周有明显改善。提示养血清脑颗粒治疗本病的作用机制可能为改善微循环,提高RCD。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the mechanism of nourishing blood and clean brain granul in treatment of ICVD. Methods The NFM and RCD change d 118 cases of such patient and 100 normal adult were observed and compared. The data was analyzed with u test. Results total effective rate was 91.53%. The NFM and IF value before therapy were higher than those of normal group with significant difference, these values were lower than those in control group with significant difference. Conclusion The patient who had disturbance of microcirculstion and low RCD had change better after two weeks treatment of this drug. The mechanism might be improve the micro-circulation.
