| 摘 要： | 目的建立荆芥中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法以10%三氯化铝乙醇溶液为显色剂,芦丁为对照品,采用比色法测定。结果吸收度与对照品浓度在8.0~32.0μg.mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系,线性回归方程为A=19.85C+0.0049(r=0.9994),平均加样回收率为98.7%,RSD=0.67%(n=6)。结论本方法准确、重现性好,可用于荆芥中总黄酮的含量测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of total flavonoids content in Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq.. METHOD Colorimetric method analysis was employed. 10% AlCl3 worked as colour developing reagent,and rutin was used as the control sample. RESULTS A good linear relationship was achieved over the concentration range of 8.0-32.0μg · mL^-1 for rutin with an average recovery of 98. 7 %, RSD =0 . 67 % （ n = 6）. The equation of linear regression was A = 19.85 C ＋0. 0049 flavonoids KEY （ r =0. 9994）. CONCLUSION The method was accurate and reproducible,and it can be used to determine the total content in Schizonepeta tenui folia Briq .. |
