肺动脉血栓栓塞的影像诊断评价

目的探讨肺动脉血栓栓塞的影像学诊断,为临床工作者在检查、诊断、早期治疗PTE方面提供更多信息。方法对46例PTE患者中术前及术后均有CT及PA检查结果的29例患者为研究对象。对术前、术后CTPA与PA的评分进行比较。结果29例患者,术前累计栓塞血管267支,经治疗后复查,开通177支,开通率66.29%治疗前后CTPA评分下降明显。结论多排CT在诊断PTE方法中效果显著。

Analysis of Imaging Diagnosis of Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Objective To explore the imaging of pulmonary embolism diagnosis,clinical workers in the examination,diagnosis,early treatment of PTE to provide more information.Methods 46 patients with PTE in patients with both preoperative and postoperative CT and PA test results of 29 patients in this study.Right before surgery,CTPA and PA scores were compared.Results 29 patients,preoperative embolization total of 267 vessels after treatment review,opening 177,opening rate of 66.29% before and after treatment CTPA rate has fallen markedly.Conclusion The multi-slice CT in the diagnosis of PTE method results are obvious.
