健康教育干预对女性劳教人员STD/AIDS知信行的影响

目的：了解深圳市宝安区妇女教养人员关于性传播疾病艾滋病(STD／AIDS)的知识、态度、信念和行为现状，探索行之有效的健康教育和行为干预的方法。方法：对深圳市某收容所2002年5～9月收容教养的500名妇女教养人员进行基线调查和干预后调查，收集并分析所获取的各项数据资料。结果：妇女教养人员以青年、初中以下文化、未婚为主，对STD／AIDS知识有一定的了解，约50％使用安全套，但获取安全套不方便。结论：预防妇女教养人员感染STD／AIDS具有十分重要的社会意义。

Investigation into the intervention results of health education on STD/AIDS related knowledge,attitude,behavior and practice in women receiving labor education

Objective To understand the knowledge, attitudes, belief and practice (KABP) related to STD/AIDS among women receiving labor education and rehabilitation in Baoan District Shenzhen City and explore effective methods for carrying out health education and intervention. Methods Five hundred women in workhouses for labor education and rehabilitation were surveyed using questionnaires which were collected and analyzed. Results Most of women surveyed were young and unmarried and had primary school education. They knew little about STD/AIDS and had poor access to condoms. Conclusion It is of great social significance to protect women receiving labor education from infection with STD/AIDS.
