| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨抗抑郁药致躁狂发作的有关因素。方法:回顾性分析167例用抗抑郁药治疗过程的临床资料。结果:抗抑郁药致躁狂发作与患者年轻、病前性格外向、双相情感障碍抑郁症有关。结论:抗抑郁药致躁狂发作存在易感因素。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the related factors of antidepressant leading to mania episode.Methods:167 patients administered with antidepressant were andlysed retrospectively.Results:The mania episode resulting from antidepressant was related to young patient,extrovert and diphasic affective disorder depression.Conclusion:The susceptible factors were significant in antidepressant leading to mania episode. |
