| 摘 要： | 目的 观察甲硝唑、地塞米松、碘仿糊剂治疗干槽症的疗效.方法 60例干槽症患者按随机区组法分 成试验组和对照组,每组30例.试验组患者常规清洁牙槽窝后,用棉球蘸取甲硝唑、地塞米松和碘仿糊剂置于牙槽窝内;对照组患者同样清洁牙槽窝后,用棉球蘸取单纯碘仿糊剂置于牙槽窝内.比较两组患者的疗效.结果 试验组患者疗效显著者28例,有效2例;对照组患者疗效显著者10例,有效20例.试验组患者疗效显著者所占比例(93.33%)明显高于对照组(33.33%),其差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 采用甲硝唑、地塞米松、碘仿糊剂治疗干槽症疗效可靠、操作简便,适于在基层医院推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the effect of dry socket treatment by metronidazole-dexamethasone-iodoform paste. Methods 60 cases with dry socket,divided into two groups of 30 cases each. One group was the test group,the other was the control group. Tooth extraction wounds were normally washed. Metronidazole-dexametha-sone-iodoform paste was brushed on the wounds of test group. Iodoform was brushed on the wound of control group. Clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results In test group,28 cases gained obvious effect,and 2 gained normal effect. In control group,10 cases gained obvious effect,and 20 gained normal effect. Test group obtained higher effect ratio(93.33%) compared with control group(33.33%). Statistical difference in the two group appears(P<0.01). Conclusion Dry socket treatment by metronidazole-dexamethasone-iodoform paste is recom-mended in primary hospital with reliability and feasibility. |
