| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效.方法 70例老年稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为曲美他嗪治疗组和对照组,对照组常规服用阿司匹林、β-阻滞剂、硝酸酯类和他汀类,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪20 mg,3次/d,治疗均为8周;比较两组患者治疗前后每周心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油用量及心电图、血压、心率变化...
