| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the significance of CD147 and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) mRNA expression in human gastric carcinoma.Methods CD147 and MMP-2 mRNA expression was assessed in paraffin-embedded specimens collected from 76 cases of gastric carcinoma and 20 cases of adjacent normal tissues by in situ hybridization methods.Results The positive rate of expression of CD147 and MMP-2 mRNA in gastric carcinoma was 69.7%,75.0%,respectively.The expression of CD147 and MMP-2 mRNA was both strongly related... |
