| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨重型颅脑损伤患者气管切开的时机及对患者预后的影响。方法:对重型颅脑损伤患者中进行气管切开的136例按切开的时机分为早切组和非早切组进行回顾性分析。结果:早切组1周后的GCS评分高于非早切组,而低氧血症、肺部感染发生率及病死率明显低于非早切组。结论:早期气管切开能明显改善重型颅脑损伤患者的预后,能降低患者的病死率和肺部感染发生率。对重型颅脑损伤患者尽早行气管切开。
