| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胶体金试免疫层析试验(GICA)与酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测HBsAg临床应用价值。方法:分别用胶体金试纸条与ELISA法检测250份标本中的HBsAg,并对阳性率进行比较,然后将强阳性的10份标本做倍比稀释,观察两种检测方法灵敏度的差异。结果:两种方法的阳性率之间差异无显著性,ELISA法灵敏度较胶体金试纸条灵敏度高。结论:两种方法皆是检测HBsAg的良好方法,胶体金试纸条法操作简便、快速,适用于急诊及健康人群的筛查,ELISA法适用于常规检测。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the colloidal gold immunochromatography test（GICA） and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） detection of HBsAg clinical applications.Methods： Using colloidal gold strip and ELISA assay in 250 samples HBsAg,and compare the positive rate,and then 10 were strongly positive specimens dilution,observed differences in sensitivity of two methods.The positive rates of two methods was no significant difference between,ELISA method sensitive than colloidal gold test strip and high sensitivity.Conclusion： The two methods are good methods for detecting HBsAg,colloidal gold strip method is simple,rapid and suitable for people in the emergency and health screening,ELISA method is suitable for routine testing. |
