摘    要:目的 总结经皮微创锁定加压接骨板(LCP)内固定治疗胫骨骨折的方法和临床疗效.方法 对24例胫(腓)骨骨折患者采用LCP内固定治疗.在影像增强器监视下先行闭合复位或小切口切开复位,复位满意后采用经皮微创接骨术于肌肉下骨膜外置入ICP,确认位置满意后通过导向器经皮拧入锁定螺钉.术后一般不须外固定,早期功能煅练.结果 术后...
