老年性前列腺增生两种手术治疗方式的护理效果观察

目的:探讨传统开放性耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术和经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)的护理效果。方法:将45例患者按时间倒序的不同术式设立对照组和观察组,通过对两组患者手术满意度、术后镇痛泵应用时间、持续膀胱冲洗时间、留置导尿管时间、平均住院天数等方面进行统计学处理和分析。结果:两组患者术后镇痛泵应用时间、持续膀胱冲洗时间、留置导尿管时间、平均住院天数比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:TURP与传统开放性手术比较治疗效果上基本相同,患者术后镇痛泵应用时间、持续膀胱冲洗时间、留置导尿管时间、平均住院天数均较短,继发性出血发生较少,病人痛苦小,经济易行。

The nursing efficacy of Senile benign prostatic hyperplasia of prostate disease by two surgical therapy treatments

To investigate the nursing effects of traditional openness on the pubis bladder prostate gland excision technique and Transurethral Resection of Prostate（TURP）.Medthods： 45 patients were devided into control group and observation group according to surgery,by gathering and analyzing the data of surgical satisfaction,postoperative analgesia pump application time,continuous bladder douche time,detaining urethral catheter days time,average hospitalization,etc.Results： There was a statistical significance（P0.01） in the two groups in postoperative analgesia pump application time,continuous bladder douche time,detaining urethral catheter time,and average hospitalization days.Conclusion： Curative effects of TURP and traditional open surgery of the two groups were roughly the same.By the TURP,it is shorter in postoperative analgesia pump application time,continuous bladder douche time,detaining urethral catheter time,and average hospitalization days,less secondary hemorrhage,and less discomfort.It was proved to be economically effective.
