98例小儿支原体肺炎临床分析

目的:认识和提高小儿支原体肺炎的临床诊断治疗水平。方法:对某医院98例住院确诊小儿支原体肺炎患儿的临床特点进行总结和分析。结果:持续发热伴刺激性干咳占94.90%,早期症状均系呼吸道感染症状,血清酶联免疫吸附法MP-IgM阳性率高(84.69%),外周血白细胞大多正常(75.51%),胸片均有支气管肺炎性改变。轻症77例,重症(肺外并发症)21例,所有病例加用阿奇霉素治疗,肺外并发症加用激素治疗,尚未发现耐药情况。结论:持续发热伴刺激性干咳患儿,早期治疗(2~5天)无效时,应考虑小儿肺炎支原体肺炎,血清MP-IgM检查帮助诊断。
