| 摘 要： | 目的:评价长春瑞滨联合顺铂(NP方案)治疗以前曾接受含阿霉素和多西紫杉醇治疗的转移性乳腺癌的疗效。方法:顺铂(75 mg/m2第1天)和长春瑞宾(25 mg/m2第1、8天),3周/次。2周期后评价疗效,化疗3~6周期。结果:CR5例(17.9%),PR10例(35.7%),SD7例(25%),PD6例(21.4%),总有效率(CR+PR)为53.6%。毒性反应主要为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应。结论:顺铂/长春瑞滨方案对蒽环类和多西紫杉醇治疗失败的病人耐受性好且疗效较好。
