| 摘 要： | 坚持公立医院的公益性质是实现我国卫生发展目标的重要保证,也是新一轮医疗卫生体制改革的关键所在。文章阐述了公立医院公益性的现状,分析公立医院公益性淡化产生的原因,从增加财政投入、承认医疗工作高风险特征、加强政府监管、突出医疗服务的适宜性以及加强医院公益性建设五个方面探索公立医院公益性回归的有效途径。
