| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression and significance of the gp96 and c-jun in colorectal cancer.Methods The expression of gp96 and c-jun were assessed in 78 speciments of colorectal cancer and their adjacent normal mucosa by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of gp96 and c-jun in colorectal cancer were higher than those in their adjacent normal mucosa(P<0.05).The expression of gp96 was related to the differentiation,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage(P<0.05).The expression of c-j... |
