3种手术方式治疗成人腹股沟疝409例临床分析

目的探讨目前治疗腹股沟疝的理想方法并总结治疗经验。方法回顾性分析3种方式治疗成人腹股沟疝409例的临床资料。结果 3组手术时间、术后并发症及复发率等比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。同传统腹股沟疝修补术比较,疝环充填式无张力修补术和腹膜前间隙疝修补术具有时间短、痛苦小、术后恢复快、早期下床活动、复发率低的特点。腹膜前间隙疝修补术更符合工程力学原理,术后疼痛更轻,具有免缝合、微创手术的特点。结论腹膜前间隙疝修补术是一种具有良好发展潜力的无张力修补术。

Clinical comparison of traditional and mesh plug tension-free and preperitoneal herniorrhaphy.In adult inguinal hernias(a report of 409 cases)
