某三甲医院类风湿关节炎用药分析

目的:了解某三甲医院类风湿关节炎(RA)住院患者用药情况,探讨临床药师如何发挥作用,保障临床用药安全、经济、有效、合理。方法:抽取该医院2009年第二、三季度81例RA住院患者病历做回顾性调查,将所得到的信息根据统计学方法进行归纳、整理,分析其总量、构成比、用药频度(DDDs)值、药物利用指数(DUI)值。结果:RA患者发病年龄较高,女性多于男性,治疗疗程较长,住院花费较大。统计抗风湿病药32类,合格药品25类(DUI范围0.85~1.15),不合格药品7类。平均出院带药6.28种,其中抗菌药物占4.91%,注射剂数占5.3%,国家基本药物占31.04%,使用通用名数占38.7%。结论:RA患者整体用药合理,但仍存在不合理用药,临床医生用药水平还需不断提高,药物使用合理性尚需加强。
