| 摘 要： | 目的：研究基质金属蛋白酶-2（matrix metalloproteinase-2,MMP-2）和p185HER-2/neu在卵巢癌组织中的表达及临床意义,探讨MMP-2和p185HER-2/neu联合和单一检测对卵巢癌诊断的价值。方法：利用组织芯片技术结合免疫组织化学SP法检测80例卵巢癌组织及30例正常卵巢组织MMP-2和p185HER-2/neu的表达。结果：MMP-2和p185HER-2/neu在卵巢癌中的阳性率均明显高于正常卵巢组织（P〈0.01）,MMP-2和p185HER-2/neu的阳性率与分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移的差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05~P〈0.01）,而与组织学类型无明显关系。联合MMP-2和p185HER-2/neu诊断卵巢癌的灵敏度、准确性有所上升,阴性似然比下降。结论：MMP-2和p185HER-2/neu在卵巢癌组织中的表达对卵巢癌的生长、浸润及转移起重要作用,与卵巢癌的分化、临床分期及淋巴结转移相关。HER-2/neu
