| 摘 要： | 目的:分析过期妊娠对母婴的影响及适时终止妊娠的意义。方法:对78例过期妊娠与422例足月妊娠临床资料进行对照分析。结果:过期妊娠组手术率、羊水过少、胎儿宫内窘迫、巨大儿的发生率均显著高于足月妊娠组(P<0.01)。结论:过期妊娠对母婴均有不良影响,达预产期后应加强监护,适时终止妊娠以降低过期妊娠发生率,减少母婴危害。
