Diagnostic value of combined determination of tumor markers in ovarian cancer

Objective To evaluate the value of combined detection of serum CA125、CA724、CA199 in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Methods To adopt the automatic electrochemical process to determine the level of CA125、CA724 and CA199 among 92 healthy women、80 benign ovarian tumor patients and 65 ovarian cancer patients,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results The CA125、CA724 and CA199 of ovarian cancer group and benign ovarian tumor group were much higher than normal control group(P<0.05),the CA125、CA724 and CA199 of ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in benign ovarian tumor group(P<0.05);the positive rate of CA125、CA724 、CA199 and the combined of the three above-mentioned in ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in benign ovarian tumor group;The combined positive rate of the three above-mentioned was 96.9%,which were significantly higher than any of the single tumor markers.Conclusion The combined determination of CA125、CA724 and CA199 can greatly make up for the deficiency of single test,and has important significance in early diagnosis and differential diagnosis for ovarian cancer.CA125、CA724 and CA199 were an ideal group of tumour markers for ovarian cancer.
