| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血压晨峰(morning blood pressure surge,MBPS)与颈动脉硬化的关系。方法:对65岁以上患者115例,动态血压监测仪记录24 h血压,彩色多普勒超声检查颈动脉内膜中层厚度(intima-media thickness,IMT)并观察斑块发生情况。结果:MPBS组与非MBPS组相比,双侧颈总动脉(CCA)、颈内动脉(ICA)、颈动脉分叉处(BIF)的TMT均明显增加(P<0.01);斑块总检出率也增高(P<0.05)。结论:老年高血压患者血压晨峰是颈动脉硬化的重要危险因素,积极干预有助于减少心脑血管事件的发生。
