| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微创颅内血肿清除术治疗脑出血的临床疗效。方法随机抽取微创血肿清除术（微创组）60例和内科保守治疗（对照组）60例病例进行临床比较。结果治疗前微创组与对照组在脑出血患者的NIHSS评分及BI评分方面比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗后微创组的NIHSS评分改善55例（91.7%）,高于对照组45例（75%）;治疗后微创组的BI评分改善56例（93.3%）,高于对照组47例（78.3%）,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论微创术治疗脑出血较内科保守治疗能改善患者的预后,值得临床推广。
