胃肠道间质瘤30例临床病理分析

目的:探讨胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)的临床病理特征,免疫表型和良恶性的诊断。方法:分析30例胃肠道间质瘤临床资料,组织病理学和免疫表型特点,按WHO(2003)胃肠道间质瘤诊断标准重新阅片分析。结果:免疫组化染色具有特征,即CD117为指示性抗体、其次为CD34,同时SMA亦示阳性反应,S-100和desmin呈灶性表达或阴性。结论:胃肠道间质瘤较为少见,病理诊断必须依据临床表现、组织病理学和免疫组织化学标记综合判断,正确的术前病理诊断和危险度判定对患者进行个体化治疗有着非常重要的意义。
