经桡动脉途径冠状动脉介入治疗的临床应用

目的:评价经桡动脉途径冠状动脉内支架植入术的安全性和疗效,总结手术体会。方法:50例心绞痛患者在住院期间行冠状动脉介入治疗,并置入支架97枚,术后即刻血管造影评价,并观察住院及近期临床事件发生率。结果:50例病变相关血管血运重建后达TIM I-3血流,残余狭窄<10%,术后4例发生手臂肿胀,无桡动脉闭塞、出血、血肿、夹层等严重并发症,不适症状轻。结论:经桡动脉途径冠状动脉介入治疗安全可行,创伤小,并发症少,患者易于接受,值得推广。

The clinical application of coronary artery interventional therapy through radial artery
