妊娠合并梅毒69例临床分析

目的探讨妊娠合并梅毒孕期规范检查及诊治时间对妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析69名妊娠合并梅毒孕产妇的临床资料,统计患者筛查确诊时间、产前检查情况及工作性质对围生儿的影响。结果孕产妇梅毒确诊时间与新生儿梅毒指标存在着一定关系,孕前确诊梅毒的患者新生儿梅毒指标阴性率较高;同时定期产检与否和孕产妇有无固定职业与新生儿梅毒指标也有关联性。结论孕前及孕早期筛查梅毒生物学指标与围生儿预后密切相关,一旦确诊,加强随访,重视健康教育,规范治疗,可有效降低围生儿病死率及胎传梅毒的发生。

Analysis of syphilis in 69 pregnancy women
