| 摘 要： | 环氧化酶2(COX-2)是一种诱导型前列腺素内源性过氧化物酶,通过多种机制参与肿瘤发生。近年来的研究发现,COX-2在人类多种肿瘤中有不同程度的表达,与肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润、转移有密切关系。现就COX-2的生物学特性、在肿瘤形成中的作用机制及与人类恶性肿瘤的关系进行综述。

| Abstract: | Cyclooxygenase-2,an induciable prostaglandin-endoperoxide synthase,is involved in multiple cellular mechanisms that lead to tumorigenesis.Recent data showed that Cox-2 is overexpressed in several human tumors and that there is a close relationahip of Cox-2 with occurrence and development,invasiveness and metabasis of tumor.This review summarizes the Cox-2 in many aspects including its biological character,its mechanism participated in carci-nogenesis and its relation with human malignant tumors. |
